At The Hitting Bay, we work with trusted manufacturers and fulfillment partners to deliver golf simulator products safely and efficiently throughout the United States.

Because many golf simulator products are oversized, custom-made, or freight shipped, please review the information below before placing an order.


Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Custom, made-to-order, oversized, or specialty products may require additional processing time depending on the manufacturer.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Shipping Methods

Orders may ship using:

  • Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

  • LTL freight carriers for oversized products

  • Manufacturer direct shipping services

  • Final-mile freight delivery services

Shipping method depends on product size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.


Freight Deliveries

Many golf simulator enclosures, impact screens, turf rolls, and larger products ship via freight carrier.

Freight deliveries are curbside delivery unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery access for large trucks

  • Inspecting packages before signing

  • Reporting visible damage immediately

  • Taking photos of any damage before unpacking

If damage is noticed during delivery:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  3. Contact us immediately

Failure to report freight damage at delivery may limit our ability to file claims with the carrier.


Delivery Appointments

Certain freight shipments may require scheduled delivery appointments.

The carrier may contact you directly using the phone number provided at checkout.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times vary depending on the product and shipping carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Small parcel shipments: 3–7 business days

  • Freight shipments: 5–14 business days

  • Custom or specialty products: varies by manufacturer

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Manufacturer lead times

  • Holiday volume

  • Remote delivery locations


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

For freight shipments, tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel carriers.

If you have questions regarding your shipment status, please contact us.


Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

The Hitting Bay is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist with tracking and carrier communication.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees, delays, or cancellation charges.


Refused Deliveries

Refusing a shipment after it has been dispatched may result in:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Original freight charges being deducted from the refund

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation after production begins.
